Abstract
INTRODUCTION: The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences of motion performance, physical activity, and exercise fatigue degree during semideveloped inflatable kayak(O-boat), imported hard shall kayak(K-boat), and existing inflatable kayak(F-boat) sailing.

METHOD: Eight elite university kayak athletes (8 male; 20.62¡¾1.40yr; 176.37¡¾6.56cm; 74.12¡¾7.07kg) were recruited in this study. The forward stroke frequence, the lead time as indices of motion performance were measured. Physical activity was measured and analyzed using by tri-axis motion accelerometer, and exercise fatigue was assessed by blood lactate. [

RESULT: The forward stroke frequence and the lead time were significantly different among O-boat, K-boat and F-boat(p=.001). There were no significant differences among each boat on the tri-axi physical activity levels and exercise fatigue degree.

CONCLUSION: These results suggest that there was not differences between O-boat and K-boat on the motion performance. However, in respect of the stability, it was shown a trend that O-boat has stability lower than K-boat.
